Litter Cleanup Contest

1. Teams shall consist of 2 to 5 team members
2. Participants must register on AACIDs' GoVocal and formally "volunteer" for one of the routes listed below
3. Teams shall notify Robert Caudill (rcaudill@aacids.com) and other teammates of a cleanup taking place by email at least 24 hours in advance of a cleanup taking place
4. Teams shall complete a minimum of three cleanups to be eligible for the prize
5. Participants on teams shall be involved in a minimum of three cleanups to be eligible for the prize
6. The prize for the winning team is $100 per team member
7. The prize will be distributed on gift cards
8. Winners must claim prize at AACIDs office with government issued ID w/ photograph
9. Teams shall receive points only for cleaning the route chosen at sign-up
10. Cleanups shall occur during daylight hours
11. Participants shall wear reflective safety gear while performing cleanup (provided by AACIDs)
12. AACIDs staff are not eligible to participate

Scoring Teams:

Teams will be awarded up to 50 points per cleanup based on the following criteria:

1. 2 Photos of Team: 1 team picture at the beginning of cleanup, 1 team picture at end of cleanup w/ collected garbage bags visible in photo. (20 points for each photo; 40 points total).
2. Garbage bags staged for pickup and team leader submits location pin / coordinates to rcaudill@aacids.com within 24 hours of cleanup finishing (10 points).
3. Points may be deducted for the following reasons: absent or un-photographed teammates (5 points per teammate), garbage bags not staged for pickup (up to 25 points)
